  • How do I find a shop?

    Shops can be found in a few different ways:

    1. Searching by name
    2. Filtering through category
    3. Filtering through pickup or delivery services

    Remember that all shops are shown in order of proximity to your location or the address you have provided.

  • How do I know if my order is confirmed?

    A confirmation email will be sent to you along with a confirmation within GOLO.

  • I can't find a shop I have ordered from before. Where is it?

    GOLO shows you shops that are around you.

    If you are out of a zone where this old shop is, it can be found in your Search History; however you will only be able to get goods delivered from it if you are located in the shop’s delivery zone.

  • How can I pay for my order?

    GOLO exclusively accepts both Mastercard and Visa.

  • What happens if my payment fails?

    Not to worry, payments sometimes don’t go through for different reasons. Here are a few things you can look into:

    1. Make sure your credit card number is correct.
    2. Check your expiration date on your card, it happens to the best of us.
    3. You might have used your card too often in the last hour.

  • My Order is late, what should I do ?
